What is Music Together?
Music Together is an internationally recognized early childhood music and movement program, built to help little ones grow their natural musicality while playing, dancing and singing with the grown-ups who love them.
What is Music Together?
Music Together is a play-based program for children ages 0-5 and their grown-ups. Classes are intentionally informal: there is no recital and no right way to do it. Your child moves, sings and explores at whatever pace feels natural to them that day, no pressure and nothing to perform.
Music Learning Supports All Learning®
Kids leave able to keep a steadier beat and sing more in tune, but the real magic happens underneath that. Active music-making builds pathways in a young brain that also strengthen language, coordination, emotional regulation and confidence. A beat is never just a beat.
We Teach the Way Children Learn
Little ones do not learn by being told, they learn by doing, watching and repeating. Our classroom feels more like a living room than a lesson: a warm, low-key space where wandering off, copying a friend, and asking for the same song a tenth week in a row is exactly the point.
Your Role is Essential
You are your child's most important teacher! Because they trust you most, they will learn to love music by watching you enjoy it. Setting an example as an enthusiastic participator in music activities is the best thing any parent or caregiver can do to help set a child on the road to a lifelong love of music. Parents don't need to have music skills, they just need a desire to play and have fun with their children!
Lullabies to boisterous jams, every single week
Each week, a trained Music Together teacher leads the room through singing, dancing and playing with child-friendly percussion, tender lullabies one moment and a full-on shaker jam the next. Every family goes home with the class songbook and app access, so the music keeps going long after class ends.
Making music takes no previous experience or expertise. Just like parenting.
